It appears that almost all Employers, looking for management and engineering professionals, have a strict demand for a 4 year degree.
Do any Employers these days consider a number of years of successful experience as equal to a degree?
I know that when I have sought out engineering talent to work for me, I have been more interested in "how they would perform?", "what had they actually done?", and "what they could do for our company now?". Many of my fellow Engineering Managers have held similar views.
These days it seems that the resume of those not having a degree goes straight to the "circular file". Is that true?
