To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
MUST HAVES:
• A BS Engineering or Technical Related Degree is required!
• 6 + years of hands-on experience with stampings is required
• Experience in a high volume stamping facility is a MUST!
• Strong tooling experience
• Experience with dies in a production environment is required
• Project Management experience
PLUSES ++:
• A Business Degree from a 4-year university will be considered with strong stampings & tooling experience
• Root Cause Analysis experience is a big plus ++
• Experience with SAP is a big plus ++

If you have hands-on stamping & tooling experience in a high volume production environment you are exactly the person we are searching for. We are looking for a dynamic, self-assured and promotable individual that will take initiative in this fast paced facility. The successful applicant will supervise Tooling Technicians and interface with mechanics, other engineers and project staff members on a daily basis. In addition the applicant will lead multiple projects, perform Root Cause Analysis and work on new tooling, equipment & processes as some of their responsibilities.
