· A Bachelors Degree from a 4-year university is a MUST!
· 3 + years of experience in a welding manufacturing environment
· A strong mechanical aptitude is required!
· Willingness for extensive travel is a MUST!
· A background in sales is a big plus but not required ++

The successful applicant will report directly to the VP of sales and will be developing and maintaining existing target accounts, meeting sales goals, actively seeking out new business opportunities, and developing relationships with distributors as just a few of their many duties.
