To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

MUST HAVES:
· A BS Engineering Degree in Mechanical (BSME) or Industrial Engineering (BSIE) is required
· 6 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a MUST!
· Knowledge of slitting of film or plastic webbing is a MUST!
· Web handling experience
· Experience with thin polymer film
· Mechanical and Statistical analysis
· Experience with trouble shooting and problem solving

PLUSES ++:
· Polymer extrusion, drawing & winding process experience is a plus +
· Polymer film processing conversion experience
· Roll forming experience is a plus +
· Packaging design experience is a plus +
· Experience with optical inspection equipment usage & monitoring is a plus +
