To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
MUST HAVES:
* A BS Engineering Degree is required!
* 10 + years of experience in a pulp & paper manufacturing environment
* Experience as a manager in a paper mill
* Strong operations experience is a MUST!
PLUSES ++:
* Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience +
* A strong mechanical background +
* A Change Agent is a strong plus ++
* A focus on Health & Safety regulations

The successful applicant will manage the entire facility and will have the Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Lean, Purchasing, Finance and Human Resources Managers reporting directly to them.
