To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
MUST HAVES:
• A BSME (BS Mechanical Engineering) or BSMET (BS Mechanical Engineering Technology) is required!
• 8 + years of extensive OEM experience in the design of heavy industrialized, low volume, large custom machinery
• Hands-on experience/exposure in a machine shop or fabrication environment
• Experience with Stress Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis & handling of non-conformances
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Experience multi-tasking and handling multiple priorities
PLUSES ++:
• Experience in a pulp & paper, chemical, mining or bio-fuel environment is a plus +
• Exposure to international standards & design codes +
• Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor and other 3-D Design software
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus +

If you are a team player with strong communication skills and experience with rotating equipment, welded fabrications or mechanical drives you are exactly the person we are searching for. The successful applicant will report to the Director of Product and Plant Engineering and will assume the management of their products including the design, estimation, manufacturing, troubleshooting and support of the product. In addition this individual will interact with customers and sub-contractors in product design and support.
