To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

MUST HAVES:
• A BS Mechanical Engineering Degree (BSME) is required! You will not be considered without this!
• 3 + years of overall experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong hands-on experience with the design of small parts and machine part automation!
• Solid Modeling experience
• Experience leading projects

PLUSES ++:
• A Masters Degree or ABET accredited program is a plus +
• Experience with Pro/E is a plus +
• Six Sigma experience +
• Total Productive Maintenance experience +
• Bi-lingual Spanish or Polish is a plus +

In addition this individual will provide project leadership, ensure that the equipment designs & implementation are compatible and work to reduce scrap and rejects as just a few of their responsibilities.
