To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
MUST HAVES:
• 5 + years of practical mechanical experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Strong hands-on machine design & build experience is a MUST
• Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Inventor 3D software is required! You will not be considered without this
• Cradle to Grave Project Management experience
• Customer interface experience
• Operations experience in a small to mid-size manufacturing environment
PLUSES ++:
• A Bachelors Degree from a 4-year University or a 2-year Technical Related Degree is preferred but not required +
• Machine tool experience +
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
