To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
MUST HAVES:
• A BS Engineering Degree. You will not be considered without this!
• 5 + years of total manufacturing experience
• Previous leadership or management experience, this position will have growth potential into a management role!
• Extensive Lean Manufacturing experience is a MUST!
• Strong oral and written communication skills
PLUSES ++:
• A BS Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering Degree is a plus +
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus +
• Experience in a small to mid sized manufacturing environment +
• Thread Rolling experience +
• A Machining background +

The successful applicant will report to the Director of Operations of the facility and will be responsible for leading strategic Lean initiatives and driving projects in the facility. In addition this individual will support Quality initiatives, work closely with management to implement training, and develop manufacturing processes to enhance process flow, quality, cost reduction and throughput as just a few for their responsibilities
