MUST HAVES:
• A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or in an HR discipline
• 6 + years of overall Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• 3 + years in a HR management or leadership role
• Strong experience with and an understanding of Safety Programs and Safety Issues
• Experience being out on the manufacturing or production floor interacting with employees
• Training experience
• General business acumen and an understanding of Strategic Planning
• Must be in a commutable distance or require no relocation assistance

PLUSES ++:
• An advance degree or certification in Human Resources is a plus +
• Experience in a Union free environment is a plus +
